A lifelong interest in medicine
“When I was in high school, I was fortunate enough to watch operations take place firsthand. That sparked my initial interest in medicine. I made the decision to become a doctor while in college, and I discovered the field of radiology while completing my rotating internship. At that time, many revolutionary advances were just starting, such as CT scan, ultrasound and interventional radiology. These new forms of patient care were extremely exciting to me.”
Staying at the forefront of his field
“In order to provide my patients with the level of care they deserve, I need to stay on top of the latest developments in my field. I do this by taking continuing-education courses each year and maintaining membership in some of the most respected organizations in my field.”
