Building on a successful career in medicine

“Prior to becoming a radiologist, I spent a number of years in primary-care medicine. I treated a wide variety of health problems for patients of all ages, but it was the diagnostic aspect of the job that intrigued me the most. That is why I entered the field of radiology. Being able to utilize the new and exciting advances that are being made is extremely rewarding for me.”

Passionate about helping others

“For me, there is no greater feeling than being able to help prolong the quality and longevity of people’s lives. I do this with a combination of education, training and a dedication to helping others. What’s more, there are always new developments being made in the field of radiology. I stay on top of them by completing advanced coursework, reading books and audiovisual material and maintaining membership in professional organizations. Nothing excites me more than a new idea – a way to care for you better than ever before.”
