A lifelong desire to help others

“I’ve always known that I wanted to help people live happy, healthy lives. When I was in high school, I completed a community service project for the radiology department in a New Orleans hospital. This allowed me to interact with patients on a regular basis, which is something I still enjoy to this day. It is not uncommon for me to meet with patients, explain their exams and thoroughly answer their questions.”

Continuing a family tradition of outstanding healthcare

“My father, who is also a radiologist, is chairman of the department of radiology at Tulane University School of Medicine. During my younger years, I was able to visit his office and learn how radiology can truly benefit patients. This is what piqued my interest in the field.”
